OOH is targeted at the out of home category, including cafes and coffee shops, fast casual sites, sandwich shops and high street bakers. It is seen as the go-to publication for forward thinking operators and shares regular trend updates and market research.
In the June 2022 edition, the article “Street Smart”, OOH talk about the growth of the street food movement, which over the last ten years has gone from strength to strength. Stating that there’s never been a better time to tap into the street food opportunity, the sector is estimated to be worth approximately £1.2bn.
Despite the pandemic impacting so many sectors, the hospitality sector stepped up and flexed to meet the demand of consumers, literally hungry for food of all styles!
